I really don't think it is. It's upright, not a high tackle with a leading shoulder. By the current rules it's a yellow, but an upright tackle has none of the impact of a real high tackle.

Hmmmm,

Freeman always upright, but all force goes into the ball and head contact is pretty incidental - yellow probably right under the laws as they are but I'd say its closer to pen only than a 20min red
