Can somebody tell me what is this red thing Pienaar has on his leg? I've seen lots of players with this but i never knew what it was...

It's a type of muscle strapping, basically just tape, but really good quality ones that stays stuck forever! (ok, for a very long time)

We've seen it in rugby for years but last month I've seen player at the FIFA World Cup using it. A typical example of a hype. In a year nobody in football will use it anymore.

Used the tape and do say that I feel the difference when playing. Holds everything in place!
