The yellow card was an overreaction. Penalty, yes (even if England started it). But when your video official gives strong hints against that decision, then what does that tell you.
I mean this in the most objective way possible: SBW cost NZ about 12-14 points. The break then going right in stead of left in the 1st half and now this. This was always, always 7 whole points...

Yes we had players offside but they were all running back to get onside, that's what happens when there's a ****ing break.
Nobody who played the ball or got involved in the ruck was offside.
I have to say the officiating has been awful this game. Inconsistent in the extreme; I doubt either side have a ****ing clue what they're supposed to do.
EDIT: Should add: if it's a penalty it's a yellow. 50/50 call.
