This used to be the best week in the club calendar. Look at what they did to my boy.

Presume we'll batter Quins' academy side considering how they're struggling and have more important things to focus on. They'd have a chance to swing a 62 point loss that they had earlier this year in Dublin if they do give it a whack.

Think a point from Bath away would be a decent result for us. They're very solid in the scrum which is our kryptonite. Think we can match them ok in the backs, but don't think our tight 5 will get much joy.

I will be there drunk on the famous bath water of Bath.

Raise your expectations, we'll be told repeatedly that this is Munster's competition.

Just remember it's barth, not bahth or some other nonsense.

Round 1 of the old Heino used to be like Christmas Day as a rugby fan. Now, to be brutally honest, I can’t be bothered with it. Just fast forward to the semi finals and let Leinster, Toulouse, Bordeaux and maybe Bath go at it. Yeah, European Rugby just doesn’t interest me like it did from probably 2004-14. That really was the peak decade - so many iconic teams in that era. You had fixtures worthy of the final in the pool stages every season. I can’t remember the exact year but I remember Leicester and Wasps playing each other in the much missed double header rounds when they were the top 2 teams in the Premiership!!.

I must admit that Europe has never really grabbed my attention. I watch Saints and some of the other Prem teams but I’ve always been able to take it or leave it,

Over the world cup draw and sad that we're into this garbage.

I'm going on Saturday but I probably won't even be hungover on Sunday 🥲

Bath v Munster the only game worth watching? And at that Bath should win easyish.

Looks like Burry and Reed are fit for Sale this weekend,
Ford still not in full training - they said they'd need to rest him either this week or next so I'm guessing they'll rest him this week if not fully fit (or probably both - if we lose this then any slim slim chance have of progressing is gone so why risk him away in France)
Asher confirmed Bicep tear so out for a minimum of 6 weeks

Gonna be a proper bin juice game - Willgriff John trying to get sent off at tighthead, RdP at 10, who knows at 13 - we literally don't have one on the books, an injured Luke James at 15
