Jimmy Cowan has a collossal brain lapse on full time... that's why you're riding the pine pony buddy.
Good win for the Highlanders, it could have gone either way.
Bryce Lawrence is still a muppet.
There's been some real ****** calls here - Chiefs score off knock on and Crusaders disallowed an obvious try.
Would also like to see Taumalolo get knocked out.
Excellent half of running rugby. The Highlanders have it by the balls as long as they can keep the tempo up. I'd expect the Crusaders to try and turn things around in the next 40 however, they usually win their games in the final 20 minutes of the second half so watch this space.
Smith is...
I agree with you about Anscombe starting but I don't think pushing Ranger to the wing and having Stanley play centre is the right decision. If I was going to have Stanley and Nonu as my starting combination I would reverse the jerseys you've placed them in at least.
For me, it would be...
I'd like to see the stats to that. He did get involved more so than what he sually does but there's big difference between hitting the ball up and making the advantage line.
Whenever Ali Williams gets the ball he usually dallies around for 1 or 2 seconds deciding what he's going to do with it...
Not that it's going to matter but how many times do you have to penalise a team at the breakdown before you give a yellow card?
Chiefs have been lucky indeed.
Two points of interest so far:
The Chiefs' rush defence is what's dictating the game, I would like to see the Blues' game breakers at second reciever hitting the midfield with depth i.e. Where the heck is Rene Ranger hiding?
I would also like to see Hobbs stab a few chips in behind their...
Weepu's always struggled with his weight, it's no new thing. Even at his settled weight he's still one of the heaviest half backs around. I suspect he'd be sitting around the 98kg mark atm.
I'm just watching the build-up to the parade down Queens Street for the All Blacks.
Apparently they've got green and gold ticker tape... a nice touch to the Boks and Wallabies no doubt :)
Edited: I've already said well done to the All Blacks, that I'm very happy for them and that I thought their defense in particular was superb last light. Use your eyes and try reading s**t occasionally.
More to the point: You don't want to be proven wrong. Suit yourself.
