Right, end of the year means lists.

So pick your Aviva 23 who will play against a Top 14, Pro12 and Super 15 Select 15 in a round robin tournament to be held at Wasps magnificent new Ricoh Arena ***

It can be anyone, from any country but the ruling is they must have played a chunk of the year in the Premiership - 1 or 2 games doesn't count and you must select them in their regular club position - so moving Billy Vunipola to 6 or Owen Farrell to Scrum half is the sole preserve of the England selectors. That Means Luther Burrell, for example, is a 12 and Tom Wood is a 7.
