[2020 Six Nations] Ireland vs Scotland (01/02/20)

If Alpha's zealousness for a man he's never met is anything to go by, Ringrose is a leader that men would gladly die for. Nary a Six Nations goes by without Alpha putting pictures of Ringrose in threads apropos of nothing

Interesting the leadership group is Sexton, POM, Ryan, Henderson, Furlong, and Ringrose.
Stander gone and Best. But I think it's smart to have youth. Ringrose may never officially captain but will be the experience in a pivotal spot for years.

Was a bit surprised Stander was dropped, anyone know why? From the leadership group that is

Scotland: 15 Stuart Hogg (c), 14 Sean Maitland, 13 Huw Jones, 12 Sam Johnson, 11 Blair Kinghorn, 10 Adam Hastings, 9 Ali Price, 8 Nick Haining, 7 Hamish Watson, 6 Jamie Ritchie, 5 Jonny Gray, 4 Scott Cummings, 3 Zander Fagerson, 2 Fraser Brown, 1 Rory Sutherland

Replacements: 16 Stuart McInally, 17 Allan Dell, 18 Simon Berghan, 19 Ben Toolis, 20 Cornell du Preez, 21 George Horne, 22 Rory Hutchinson, 23 Chris Harris

Any particular reason McInally isn't starting?

Should be a good day for our pack provided the lineout doesn't go to complete ****.

Good potential in the backs hopefully the forwards can get some ball for them to play with...

I suspect Brown has got the nod over McInally because he is in slightly better form and being a former backrower adds another breakdown specialist in addition to Watson and particularly Ritchie.

No claims about winning the 6N from the Scottish camp this year. I'm sensing a low profile is being kept in the media this time around.

Some genuine danger in that backline, but given the difference in quality between the packs we should really win this.

Yeah a superior pack and home advantage should see Ireland win comfortably. Haven't seen much of Doris but have heard great things. Will be keeping an eye on him tomorrow.

I love Faz Sr., Great interview/piece about him then.

He looks like you could line up all 192 players in this tournament and he'd knock them all out one by one without breaking a sweat.
