It's not. The rights have been sold to TV3.

I'd say your only 1 as TV3 have them and Sky will eventually have the Autumn Internationals. RTE are trying to undervalue bids and no organisation seems to be entertaining them.

I would prefer it to go to Sky than to TV3 due to the sheer volume of ads during TV3's coverage of the RWC, Matt Cooper presenting even though he knows absolutely nothing about rugby along with the fact he has the most irritating voice I have ever heard and terrible picture quality during the game. They literally cut to an ad break 45 seconds after Japan touched down against South Africa. Missed a **** load of the celebrations. Just a terrible broadcaster.
