    bulking up is what many professional players do in the off-season...and like some in the England team slimming down

    it's all part of the pre-WC preparation with everyone trying to be as fit and powerful as possible

    plus if you're a giant forward it's not that hard to put on 9 kgs if that figure is accurate - big deal.

    Well, I have a theory as to how 112kg suddenly becomes 121kg- it`s called a "typo". Pretty common amongst the lower levels of journalism. :p

    england always do look pretty jacked

    maybe its ther white uniforms

    maybe ther workouts follow more of a body builder approach
