Hi folks just looking for some advice
All my rugby days I've played in the back row but now with a new team at a higher level and the coach is pushing me to front row losehead at the moment. I have never played in the front before and was looking for some tips etc and also what to watch out for and whst to do to disrupt the tight head ?? Any advice is much appreciated thank you
