I dunno about that lightest scrum-half psychic duck. Did you see the Japanese fella, Atsushi Hiwasa, the RWC website says he's the same weight as Abuseridze but he's shorter than him. Weights can be exaggerated sometimes and anyone who saw Japan at the RWC would have to agree that both scrum-halves were tiny.

For the tallest you would have to have the retired Richard Metcalfe second row for Northampton and Scotland before he retired a short 2m13in a good 7ft the tallest ever player.
For the heaviest certainly coming in at prop with 38 caps for Fiji now retired but weighed a massive 165kg (360lbs) and with a height of 1.89m (6.25ft) is Bill Cavubati.
