Could Lievremont poach Brock James for the french team, the player himself would have to agree
but as far as I know:
1) he has or almost has reached the residency criterion
2) he does not have any cap for Austtralia
3) France has a weak spot at number 10

Mark Gasnier would be the player to target. He has not played any rugby for his home country of Australia but has played rugby XIII. It would not be poaching either since he has never played rugby in Australia and is not elligible since he does not play there.

At flyhalf France is fine. Beauxis and Trinh-Duc are two outstanding players. The only issue is goalkicking which seems to be of no concern given all the top #9's except for Tillous-Borde are top goal kickers. France are lucky to have Morgan Parra and Julian Dupuy.
