cant even do a lap last night !

As stated in a previous post im stuggleing with regaining my fitness BIG time after 10 yrs out ! Previously played to Countly level.

My body can carry on, but my LEGS are like lead weights, last night i couldnt train my legs just arnt haveing it. Half a lap and i was running like id shat my pants at a VERY slow pace and not taking a propper stride, morelike a 1/4 stride. What am a meant to do ?
 
no easy answers fella just keep at it you will get there, i had a rugby hiatus of about 7 years and found it very hard (especially as i am a big unit) getting back to fitness. you will get there though just do what you can dont get disheartened its better to do 10 mins and be knackered that not to do anything at all
