Would it help if i gave you the big beard version of hayman you did? The hair might be better for you, although this one looks good. He's a prop, and has a rough and ready look haha

Well i Cant edit my original post but heres what he looks like now i quite like it

Face is very good, but his hair is made of many polygons. Must be a **** to do hair like that though, so good effort!

yeah there was stuff all polys to work with to do the hair

someone with a bit more skill might be able to get it smoother, feel free to try
