The current system of World 7s has many points which should be reformed.
For example, in the Cape Town round, Argentina beat New Zealand in extra-time in Cup QF. But there should be no extra-time in QFs, because QFs are played between Pool 1 v 2 or Pool 3 v 4. In the case of draw, the side which finished higher in pool stage should win.
Let's discuss various things.

I think the fields should be smaller and there should be 8 players and not 7.

And I think it should be played under water........

Underwater with sharks that have lazers. Pew pew

There are 10 rounds in the World 7s. So all core teams play 30 pool games. Drawing of the pool stage must be changed.
All core teams must play 2 games against other core teams, and 2 games against different non-core teams.

Then you might as well play touch, their fields of play are shorter and the rugby field can be devided up to four or more play arenas, sevens is an open fast running game therefore requires space to move its as simple as that, 8 players?!? could work but that would just slow the game down me thinks.
