My understanding is to be allowed to charge down a conversion the entire team must be assembled behind the try line. If anyone is not the right to charge down is lost.

My question is what is the penalty if someone charges down a conversion inappropriately as in the above the situation?

I try not to be a dick about laws stuff but there is a whole book along with an app that has both your questions answered.
