Why is he leaving if it’s to Bath,
Show Me The Money GIF

We offered a new deal, that was dwarfed by an offer from SA and Bath beat that

With his injury history you'd be mad not to snap up as much as possible, this is probably his last big contract opportunity

Oh is it that bad? He always seems to be fit when we play each other so assumed he didn't have much issues

Yeah, think last season was Ok but one before he had 9 months out
This season he's only had 5 starts - just seems to be in a constant cycle of coming back, getting injured, coming back, getting injured - had one or two out-in-the-warmups as well

Was Mr Reliable before but feels like it's catching up with him now - could've just been a bad run of luck though, I can't remember off the top of my head what the injuries have been

Confirmed by Bath now anywho:

Disappointed at that, he's looked better than Wills - don't blame him though, we've not given him the opportunities (partly through preferring Wills, partly through dumb 6:2 bench, partly through signing two medical jokers who weren't up to task)
He'll go well at Newcastle I reckon

Thats 4 wingers we've signed now:
Fehi Fineanganofo
Joji Nasova
Brandon Jackson
Obi Ene
Some inexperience but if they click, some fireworks.

And hopefully young Nathan Greenwood can be kept on as he's just electric...and work on him.

Byron McGuigan leaving Sale,
Wonder if he's going full time with England?

Big blow, and more disruption to the backroom
Wonder if Foreshaw will return? I don’t know how his wife is doing still though and if he will want a full time role

Granted the defence in the prem cup wasn’t the greatest

What a waste of a non-EQP spot - constantly injured and just yet another hybrid player when we're crying out for a big traditional tighthead lock
Just imagine how could he could be though? All that potential?

Jokes aside I’d say you’d want him as a 6 for your style of play but then you have an international 6s so os he signed as a 2nd choice squad player or do they really think he is a proper lock? Very odd.
