Googled it. It's Paulo Garbisi.

Was having a look at Perpignan's side for next year, it's not too bad. Obviously not to the same level as Toulon or Toulouse, but still a few decent players - Tomaso Allan, Sevu Reece, Brayden Ennor, Johnny Gray, Ignacio Ruiz, Luke McGrath, Lachie Swinton, Posi Tuilagi, Peceli Yato, Joaquin Oviedo, & De La Fuente is a solid spine. They're just missing any form of usable props
