A new video has been made by The Wooden Spoon Charity about Wheelchair Rugby and how we need your help in clubs across the country.

One of our players, Grace (From The Dorset Destroyers) is on the video talking about when she became paralysed because of a car accident and how it changed her life.

It's a great video to watch and is only 3 minutes long.

If you want to see a great local derby next weekend (Sunday June 19th) pop down to Rossmore Leisure Centre, Herbert Avenue, Poole, BH12 4HR and watch The Dorset Destroyers play hosts to West Country Hawks in a great "Friendly" Can you play friendly in wheelchair rugby???? Nahhhh

Cannot think of better thread to congratulate all the players in the wheelchair Wimbledon championships.

Congratulations to all involved and do not reckon I would stand a chance against any of them with both my legs!!
