Found a french preview of the game on:

    http://www.gamehope.com/preview.articles/445.html

... The google translation is a little a-skew, but it seems positive enough from what I can make out. And it also mentions a November release - which can only be a good thing.

If this is old news, apologies, buts its one I ain't read before, tho I have seen the images... [IMG]

(The reason I reckon its new - apart from having not read it before myself - is down to this link: http://www.serial-gamer.com/news_games-297818.html , which says they only added the preview on 3/11/05)

Good find, although the author is not a rugby fan and states he has never played a rugby game before, so I get the feeling that anything contained within is not entirely reliable. That said, he does describe the rucking, scrummaging and goalkicking systems a little bit. He mentions career mode although tells nothing that hasn't been alluded to already. The closing comments say that he thinks the game has potential (seems to have played a no commentary build - perhaps the one locks and knowsley played). Can't be bothered to do a proper translation of it all but tried to pick out the key bits there.

LOL Wilkinson or whoever that is in one of the screens has Tape on his thighs, why would a 1st five tape his thighs(no 1st five from ENG does it anyway).Unless England has some secret 1st five Line out plans.

  8. These screenshots are obviously from a while back, before we sorted out the binding data in the game database!

  9. Is that a good thing or a bad thing?

    Please say good... [IMG]
