Hi Guys,

Earlier this year I decided to start getting ready to play Rugby for the first time. I know I've already missed the start of the season but I'm planning on just getting involved in the training until next season so not necessarily playing until next year all going well.

I was wondering if you could offer me some advice as during my teens I stretched my ear lobes to put tunnel piercings in, the type where you can see right through to the other side, they are a 10ml hole.

My question is, do you have any advice for covering these up for Rugby to prevent people from hanging off them lol.

Thanks in advance!

Firstly welcome, secondly a scrum cap should do it.

Heres a picture of one if your unfamiliar

Thanks! Yeah this probably would solve the issue, but do you know of another way without having to wear this type of extra equipment?

That might be a good idea actually, I could try taping my lobes, that should be enough to stop any fingers from catching them. Cheers!
