I'm also looking forward to seeing what comes of this.

My IBD has been in near total remission for the last few years, thanks to azathioprine. But it isn't a drug I'd like to be taking forever, with its potential side effects.

so I got phased off of azathioprine last April. the first couple days in every step down were always rough but things have been great ever since with just remicaide infusions.

My biggest issue right now is vitamin supplementation to fight off chronic fatigue.

Had to Google what a term "raw-dogging" mean and that's what I found:
Many people will be semi-correct in thinking 'rawdogging' is a slang term for having sex without a condom. However, it has now been more broadly applied to doing anything without protection or aid, including enduring a flight without using the bathroom, apparently

"Good Law Project research shows that more than 60% of the money invested in the new health secretary since he entered parliament in 2015 has come from companies and individuals with links to private health.

According to the electoral commission, the largest contribution to Streeting’s political project has come from MPM Connect and OPD Group Ltd, two companies controlled by the recruitment executive Peter Hearn, which have given the Ilford North MP a total of £144,900."

For the sake of your blood pressures, I'd recommend against reading that.

Suffice to say - devote... something or others (Mennonites) refused childhood vaccination.
Their kids all got measles
1 died, 4 survived
Their advice?
"Don't get the shots, measles isn't as bad as they're making it out to be"

That child is the first person to die of measles in the USA for 20+ years.
