how to bomb on xbox????

hey im a n00b..i was wondering if anyone could tell me how to bomb on the xbox version..it would be kindly appreciated

Hold down A to aim, release, then, as he is swinging his leg through tap A once more and this should bomb the ball.
Be careful not to tap A too early or it will be a grubber, and too late will just be a punt.
