Anyone got a link to any good drills that can be done with minimal space, or any general tips?

Someone got covid at my club so no practice for a bit.

we never had these when i was playing but since looking at getting back to it ive found these

looks like a food way to just work on basic passing on your own

Passing - I would literally just sit their doing a passing motion with one hand and the ball, while I watched videos on youtube. Just constantly spinning the ball in my hand.

Now you can't really work on pass catching alone, kick catching is easy. Just boot the ball straight up and try to catch it. I used to do this for an hour every day (I lived on a farm so there wasn't much else to do).

It's all about muscle memory when it comes to passing.

Just carry a ball around all the time. You'll naturally end up throwing it, catching it, spinning it, etc.

I got good at passing at a wall and catching the bounce when I was younger, but that's more random than catching a pass really.

A good thing to also do is when you are jogging, have a ball in your hands, even if you tuck in under your arm. Just to get used to running with a ball.
