I can't bloody stand the bunch of *insert your choice of swears here*.
I've been trying to get a replacement credit card for over a month now. They've lied to my face three times now (telling me that it'll be with me that week, when they actually hadn't ordered it (twice) and telling me it was waiting for me in my local branch (when they actually hadn't ordered it) - so i made a complaint, and the Manager at my local branch spoke to me, was apologetic blah blah blah, said they'd personally done it,
Rang up today because it still hadn't arrived, guess what hadn't been ordered?
Absolute bumders.
