if wayne pivac fails as wales coach and gets sacked next year who sholud replace him

i have nothing against Wayne pivac I think he's a fantastic coach but this is just a what if he fails to deliver for Wales and gets sacked next year who would be your best choice to replace them if the scenario does happen and who would be your new look coaching team for Wales if this does happen
