Is Stuart Dickenson the worst refree ever in the history of rugby union?

I must say there are some pretty bad refs out there, he would be one of them but i wouldnt say the worst ever...

I don't like getting involved in debates about refs because somehow even it's not the intention, it always ends up sounding like sour grapes on my part lol.

But the standard of refs over the course of the past 3 or 4 years has been degrading so badly that I really think it's hard to pinpoint the worst ref ever... everyone coming through in the last 5 years is a pretty worthy candidate imo lol.

Is there any way we can get Watson back? I used to love hearing him get stuck into George Gregan (sorry off topic lol)
