Don't like them at all.
The cut on the home shirt looks terrible as well - looks like Burns is wearing a hand me down shirt 2 sizes too big.

That Gloucester home strip looks like a football kit of a league 2 team...pretty much the worst criticism you could level at a rugby shirt
Agree SelimNiai, it's the white that's the problem; Football kit designers, for whatever reason, have this construct that you either have a block colour(a la Chelsea), or if you have two main colours on a kit, they have to be fair about it and distribute them equally(e.g Inter/ AC Milan), ... whereas rugby clubs know it's ok to have a dominant colour with another playing second fiddle.

Should have had a small red bar between the Glos logo and the main sponsor. That would make the shirt 10x better. That big white block just needs to be broken up.
Like this, but with the sponsor moved down, the Glos logo moved up, and the bar thickened a little:
Must admit, I like most of the rest. The colours running into the shorts. The arms, collar, sides = good. I like the shorts and the socks are perfect.
The change kit is starting to get into Stade Francais territory...

As a Cardiff fan, I love the new kit (kinda got an early preview via Rugby Challenge 2) but definitely wont help with attracting fans from other parts of the region!
Also can't help but think of Salford RL with that Gloucester home kit

I don't like the shirt is very loose to be a rugby shirt, and the Away Shirt is a copy of a Stade Francais Shirt.
