Llanelli bring back Dwayne Peel and Mark Jones into their starting lineup for the visit of the Dragons to Stradey tomorrow night. Other internationals Alix Popham and Simon Easterby are rested, while Stephen Jones and Dafydd Jones miss out through injury.

Ian Gough gets a rest for the Dragons while other internationals Kevin Morgan, Ceri Sweeney, Gareth Cooper and Colin Charvis all return to the team. Nathan Brew, Steve Jones and Craig Warlow miss out while Ashley Smith, Rhys Thomas, Joe Bearman and Matt Jess remain longer term casualties.

Llanelli 35 - Newport 11. Lovely score going into a game against Munster next week. Hopefully this won't effect Newports game against Brive.
 
I think Magners league form is irrelevant when it comes to Europe, same for any league form to be honest, the standard is so far above what the teams are used to, the Dragons and Munster are proof of this, having mediocre seasons in the league yet still in contention in their respective European competitions.
