Magic Bok history!

Well. it is not 1888, despite the fact that here, in SA, we are playing rugga since 1860, when yout forefathers, in Australia, were still lame pommie convicts!

Well, for my money, that Auckland test was probably one of the best games of rugger that I`ve ever seen. Plenty of drama, excitement, the result in the balance until the very end- what was it, about 10 minutes of injury time? The aggression and commitment from both sides was just huge.Too bad Clive Norling wasn`t watching the same game. He was the bloke that should`ve got hit by that flour bomb, not Gary Knight!

So bloody right Bok Magic, so bloody right!

That moron was all over the place!

Hehe, do you remember that flying crazy idot kiwi?

Yes I do. But even that wasn`t as crazy as that last penalty. And then to advance the damn thing by 10 meters, just to get it into a kickable position. Now THAT was crazy!

Just to add some other facts about the Boks:

Boks 61-22 Wallabies (1997) - Thier biggest ever loss against any team (record still stands)

17 consecutive Test victories record (shared with the AB's)

Aaand: 1937- 1st ever team to win a test series vs. the AB`s in NZ

1949- wins a 4-0 clean sweep in a home series vs. NZ

Ah, those were the days- too bad I wasn`t around to see it....

I'm still hearing about 1949 from the SA oldboys out here
