1. Tony Woodcock - Mtawarira gets all the hype of the Tri-Nations loosies, and people can't seem to forget about Heyman.
2. Bismarck du Plessis - about 1,000,000 times better than Smit
3. Adam Jones - never seems to move backwards, solid player.
4. Brad Thorn - absolutely immense all the time, never gets the rec.
5. Courtney Lawes, if only by Martin Johnson.
6. Juan Smith. Is one of SA's best players whenever he pulls on the jersey, but Burger, Brussow and Spies get all the attention.
7. Thierry Dusautoir. Absolutely world class yet rarely gets the chat.
8. Imanol Harinordoquy. ****** all over Spies, as do Read, Parisse and Heaslip.
9. Piri Weepu - never see why they pick the thug over him.
10. Glen Jackson. Was one of the best 10s in the Prem for 5 years.
11. Vincent Clerc - absolutely world class winger.
12. Ma'a Nonu. I can't think of too many ways he can be a better 12, yet people never seem to take him seriously.
13. Conrad Smith - best rugby brain about.
14. Tempted for JP Pietersen but he's not been doing much recently. Also Corey Jane because he's appeared from nowhere in the past 18 months and I'd already consider him for a world XV. Halfpenny should play much more for Wales than he does. And Fitzgerald is a lovely player.
15. Adam Ashley-Cooper certainly, seeing as no one seems to talk about him but he'd make any European backline. Mils Muliaina just for the fact that the Byrnes, Kearneys and Steyns of this world get all the hype but Mils is always No. 1
