My game collection currently consists of (PS2)

PES3
Smash Court PT 2
GTA VC
World Champ Rugby
Tony Hawks UG
GT:3

__

Bought Smash Court Pro Tournament 2 a few days ago and it is really good. Career is excellent. All other modes are good. Players include Roddick, Hewitt, Henman, Ferrero, Safin and Blake for the men and Williams x2, Clijisters, Kournikova and others for the ladies (16 total).

I'd give Smash Court Pro Tournament 2 - 9/10

xbox game review...S.W.A.T
ur a swat member and the game is first person perspective or shoot em up....
swat members are like the elite coppers who get the special jobs...unlike stoping speeding cars over 60km in a 50km zone or jaking ya face wit doughnuts
<

music sux...graphics are really good..if you hav played conflict desert storm this game is like it where u hav 2controllerable partners and u can send them to blow up doors, secure areas, disarm bombs or pick locked doors or kill....otherwise u can do that ur self.....ur not really suppose to kill victims...use the x button to yell out "freeze" or "drop down ya weapon" and other police cliches...and then u arrest them...or else if ya kill them...unauthorised pops up on the screen and this affects ya overall mission rating...which affects u buying new upgrades to ur weapons...also only like 5guns..but all are uogradable..

multi-players cool...the co-op is good and u can hav up to 4players...multi-player death match is limited...due to the tiny as maps and the annoying arrow which shows how close you are to the enemy and u cant turn this option off

all in all....not a **** game but diffinetly worth the rental

or if its like $20

8/10

Madden 2004...

Pros : Everything

Cons: The Makers of Madden wont make Rugby....

My game collection:

PS2
Rugby 2004
4/10 It is rugby, and had some fun with Super 12 for a little while.

World Championship Rugby
6/10 Depth. Needs depth for the single player.

NFL 2k3
6/10 Got it for NZ$20 (bout 7 pound/US$10) at the Warehouse. Great for the odd game and great value. Not too enthusiastic about NFL though.

Gran Turismo 3
6/10 I wish it had damage. Came with the PS2 so kept me entertained while I saved for more games.

Cricket 2004
6/10 Not bad. Bit hard to get a decent career mode if NZ provincial play is so weak.

Stacey Jones Rugby League
8/10 If only it was rugby, or if the Warriors didn't suck. Really needs career.

Games I've sold
This is Football 2002 6/10 - decent, but it is soccer
GTA: Vice City 9/10 - great, but lost interest after clocking, and I had no enthusiasm for 100%. Can't wait for SA
Jak & Daxter - came with PS2 7/10 - Entertaining but I hate games where there's nothing to do after clocking. Would have never have bought it.

PC Games
I've got a few, but can't be bothered as I never play them, apart from 1.

Wolfenstein:Enemy Territory. 9.5/10
Best free game you'll ever find (legally, and without it being a gift or whatever). Online only, but even if you've got an average computer with a 56k connection, you'll have fun. If you have even the slightest interest in either war or guns you should get this. It's not just a point a shoot game, there are many tactical things to do too such as calling in airstrikes.

Playstation 2

Rugby 2004: 5/10
Has all the official comps etc, but very buggy and flawed gameplay... the lineouts are well thought out though.

Tekken 4: 8/10
Best Tekken game to date and sees the return of the "final fight" style tekken mini game.

Metal Gear Solid 2: 8.5/10
Very good graphics and brilliant player mechanics and controls... lots of fun trying to be silent as you go about your dirty work. The cut scenes and speaches tend to drag on a bit though.

Timesplitters 2 (9/10)
-One of the best multiplayers out there
-Makers of Goldeneye (N64)

Medal of Honour: Rising Sun (7/10)
-Average single player and multiplayer
-Outdated graphics engine

Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 4 (8/10)
-Original single player and great multiplayer
-At the time of release was the best extreme
sport game on the market

Starwars Rogue Squadron 2 (7.5/10)
-Great Graphics
-Not highly original

NFL Street (9/10)
-Fantastic multiplayer
-Lacklustre single player

Pikmin (?/10)
-It's my brothers
-Neither of us play it

Soul Calibur 2 (8.5/10)
-Still one of the best fighters on the market
-Gets boring quickly

Burnout 2 (9/10)
-Insanely fun arcade racer
-No licenses

Need for Speed: Underground (9/10)
-Huge amount of offical licenses
-Slightly repetitive

ohhh.....ok

CONS-i hate star wars......lord of the rings anyday

WCR-6/10-SPORT SIM-1-4P
PROS-its a rugby game

<

All I have is PS2 + some games, but I rent games a lot. Here's what ihave played recently:

Madden 2004- Deep franchise, and decent gameplay. Lacks actual feel of football that ESPN Football has.

ESPN Football- Buggy as hell, not a deep franchise, but has a sense of actual footballl to it.

NHL 2004 - Deep franchise, but lacks realism that ESPN has.

ESPN Hockey - Buggy as hell, not a deep franchise, but feels real.

World Tour Soccer 2005 - Lacks variety in gameplay, but with 900 teams, I'm not gonna complain. Plus it's the only soccer game with Canada in it. Deep career mode: You can take a bunch of 14 year old high school players to the pros.

Fifa 2004 - Good gameplay, only thing it really lacks is a player editor and more national competitions.

WE7 - Awesome, realistic gameplay. Buggy as hell, misnamed players, misnamed teams. It they can fix licensing problems, it'll be a damn good game.

Timesplitters 2

Pros - No equal when it comes to Multiplayer

Cons - Single Player gets boring after about 4 months

TIF 2005

Pros - 900 Teams, awesome Carrer mode - as stated by trippy
Cons - Sluggish Controls, repitive

GTA Vice City

Pros - Best damn PS2 Game Ever
Cons - After 8 months it gets boring

By which time there's news of another GTA game on the horizon and it keeps you interested.

Well being incredibly bored these holidays, I was thinking of getting a new game, maybe NBA. Just wondering, which game do people think is better ESPN NBA or NBA Live 2004? And I don't have network adapter so online play doesn't matter.

Also, can you create your own teams in them?

They are both pretty damn cheap now (NZ$40) and I don't really want to rent them as I'd be nearly half way to buying one of them...

Get NBA Street vol 2. Bout $50.

Ive been playing Street since it came out and i still love it. is NFL Street worth getting? how is it compared to NBA street?

I find GTA VC very boring. took me about 20 hrs worth to get extremely bored. Most repetetive game ive ever played.

ESPN NBA is superior to NBA Live 2004, Graphics, Gameplay, Lifespan e.t.c

It also a street mode and a mode called 24/7 which is revolutionary

WCR - 8/10
Splinter Cell 2 - 8/10
ESPN NFL 2004 - 8.5/10
PES3 - 9.5/10
Cricket 2004 - 8/10
Ghost Recon - jungle storm - 8/10
Tiger Woods 2004 - 9/10
NRL - 7.5/10
Gallop Racer 2004 - 8.5/10

Well I've ended up getting ESPN. I decided on it because of the fact it has both NBA and street features, which I figure is better than getting just Street or just NBA. I'll do a review of it when I get it.
