It's alright, although the text is utter shite.
The blur effect is nice, enphisises the main PSD well, although the background could use some brush strokes or something else just to fill the big space that's left.
Not a bad effort though, 5/10. Woth a higher score if it wasn't for that text.

Celtic fonts on dafonts are nice. They are found under Gothic category. Also adding an outer glow or a drop shadow to the text will make the text a bit more clearer to read.
