Hi guys,
Every morning and afternoon I do a little work out as preparation for the upcoming season.
Morning: Running 6-8 km, 5 series of belly and back excercices, 100 time rope skipping, 100 push ups
Afternoon: 1:30 h of swimming
Evening: some times some cricket or touch rugby with friends
Today I took a day rest as I stopped a cricket ball with my knee yesterday and running isn't going as smooth as scheduled :lol:
Next week I would also like to start with interval training.
Owing to my knee I'm not going to practice today, it's also 37 degrees.
What can I add to my little work out schedule to improve my skills as an upcoming lock / center ?
