Near/Far spinning end vs sideview mode

Does anyone think there is an actual difference in gameplay between the 2 modes? I use far spinning end view as it's the only sensible way to play rugby if you want high accuracy on the kicks and drop goals but for some reason I find it much easier to exploit the defence and score tries using sideview.

the game also seems to go faster on sideview too!

I havent played RC2006 yet...but I only ever feel comfortable play rugby games in end-view, yet when I do play in side view I always seem to make heaps more line-breaks than I do on end-view....and I dont know why

I actually liked the old 3d isometric type view on ARL96 on the pc. Was actually very playable that.

Spinning far end on rc06 for me. Side view makes my eyes go googily :D

Spinning far end is by far the best IMO.

Side view for Pro evo is superb, but in a rugby game, Side view completely stinks. How anyone could play Lomu using the default cam is beyond me.

SV all the way for me I think it is just because I grew up on JLR. Dam Golden Balls I never even knew Lomu had another view

Man PES 5 rocks online can`t wait until rugby games go online.

Hey Locks whats your Gamming tag I would like to play football against you man.
Do you have PS 2 version?

amen brother. Side on for Rugby games sucks. Spinning far end is the best camera angle we've had in a Rugby game yet.

I get so frustrated with people who play JLR side on!!!
