New Zealand conference font - 2017

Hi all,

I have spent all yesterday and today trying to recreate the 2017 NZ Super Rugby and AB number font. Of course, the dimensions are not perfect, but my goal was to make a harmonious font above all, with as much effort as possible as concerns realism and authenticity.
This is just an overview for now, but I plan to release it as soon as I can if I'm happy enough with the result.

To give you an idea of what it should look like, here is an early peak at the final product:

Hurricanes and Highlanders to be released Wednesday, I'm still not happy with the position of the numbers that ought to be centered and not on the upper part of the jersey, unlike the national team's. Every team is unique and hopefully I can show it in my creations.
Crusaders, Chiefs and Blues will be released during the weekend if not before.


PS: Don't worry about the empty stands... 'tis just a wellingtonian stadium

Hi Aiman, I prefer to release all the fonts at the same time. Apologies for the unnecessary delay... I just didn't have much time to work on these. Work drains all my energy and my will these days. Thanks a million for your patience

Good news though: The Hurricanes fonts (Home & Away) are all finished. I had to put some extra effort to finish them as they're pretty different from the rest. Highlanders are already done as you may already know, Crusaders is halfway finished, Chiefs and Blues should be a piece of cake.
I don't want to make any unkept promise, but final release should be imminent.

Here you can see the difference between two fonts. The Hurricanes tend to space out their numbers while all the other teams have narrow spaces in between the numbers:


(Buckman is scoring a try and Ahki's the one standing).

A difference between the two first fives (Sopoaga & Barrett):

About the Highlanders away font:

You will need to download "Hex Workshop Hex Editor" if that's not already done. Open your custom file with that software and search "Highlanders Away" by using the "find" tool.

Then put your cursor just in front of the H of Highlanders and go 13 times to the left. The hex symbol you're on should be 026. That's not what you want, because it means that the away font will be the same as the home font. To repair that issue, just replace the hex value by 7E, which will give you 126, and not 026.
Then you just need to copy paste the corresponding pssg file in the "strips" folder, as usual. And it should be deal done!
