"Blood Countess Castle",
Čachtice castle Slovakia

A ruined castle where lived and died the most famous female serial killer Elisabeth Bathory. https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Elizabeth_Báthory

I managed to visit this place today :) you can find photos of this castle in Internet, but here are some made by myself today :) :

Great pics of the castle  ...some very intriguing history involved too.

This vlogger has a questionable history by all accounts, but being fluent in conversational Russian and Hindi he is able to visit places you've possibly never even heard of, interact with the locals and give an honest portrayal of a place without succumbing to 'poverty porn'. His most recent video today is pretty special and shows some of the traits in his videos (very diverse peoples, a very high tolerance for personal risk, obsession with Soviet architecture and snatches of excellent scenery) as he explores different ehtnic enclaves set up in central Asian countries during Soviet times. Central Asia (the various 'stans') consistently looks pretty spectacular, although scenery is rarely a focus of his videos.

I haven't been to Kyrgyzstan (yet) but had a very close friend from this country (who is Russian, but was born and grew up there), so learned from him quite a lot of things about life there.
A very poor place, but at the same time very beautiful nature (I would love to see famous Issyk-Kul lake).
Issyk-Kul lake:

Bishkek, capital and largest city of Kyrgyzstan (or Kyrgyzia)

Yes, he speaks a pretty good Russian, but I couldn't stop smiling how he uses some words, especially with this English accent..that sounds super sweeeeeeeet :)

I walked the Tour Du Mount Blanc way back in 2010, took some good photos

Pictures are from the French/Italian border in mountain range, Switzerland

I think Singapore was my favourite place to visit, closely followed by New York. We are planning to take a camper van across New Zeland in few years once people can visit again.

Yep, really liked Singapore as well - good stop over; very clean and very safe - almost a sanitised version of HK. Really liked the vibe of the outdoor Hawker food markets I went to once I got past the touts and knew which stalls I wanted to buy from.
