Pre Match Build Up

When I have gone out to play rugby with the teams I've been in, I like to think the entire week before hand is a big build up so I make sure my diet is pretty good. Other than that, as previous stated by Cyril, not getting rat-arsed generally helps. My mate Rob got ****** the night before and let's just say he was worse off after the game than before.
 
So cyril, is this what you look at in the changing room prior and after games?

I usually listen to music, watch some big hits and tries in my ipod and listen to the captain's speech.. that keeps me motivated
