Chris Budgen (striking another player)
Tim Payne (stamping)
Brett Deacon (striking Tim Payne, which frankly, he should be rewarded for)

All up in front of the disciplinary panel on Oct 5th.

What's the maximum ban you can get for stamping?
I'm hoping Payne gets at least 5 weeks, so he misses as much of the Autumn Internationals as possible

Looks like Payne stamped on somebody in the maul, which Deacon stamped on Payne for in retaliation, then Payne swung the first punch.

So, expect Blackett and the rest of the [strike]Wasps[/strike] RFU citing panel to heavily penalise Deacon and let Payne off scott free. As per usual when a Wasp is up before the beak.

To be fair, they're both as bad as each other
Payne deserves a longer ban for throwing the first punch and the stamping, though i think that if they are banned then it'll be equal.
