Pumas coach Jimmy Stonehouse had resigned from his position to join Japanese club Toshiba Brave Lupus, the Mpumalanga Rugby Union confirmed on Wednesday."I have no doubt in my mind that this year will be a great year for the Steval Pumas," Stonehouse said in a statement.
"Most of the hard work has been done, and the coaching staff and players know what's expected of them.
"This opportunity has taken my professional career to the next level and I look forward to it."

Jimmy Stonehouse is a great coach. Pity he hasn't got a contract with a big union yet. Hopefully after Japan, he returns to a big union.
