Quick questions about RC3

Haven't played a Rugby Challenge game since the first one. I have tried to search this information but details are a little scratchy.

-- Is there any restrictions on transfers without a patch?
-- Do the random players in unofficial teams resemble in appearance or stats their real life counter part as they did in the 1st version of RC1 (I'm guessing not)?

No transfer restrictions.
I think the national teams are the same generic players in some cases as RC1/2, but players for pro12 and Top14 seem quite random. The fanhub is good for getting quick updated teams though and I've just put the international players in their respective regions and clubs.
