Returning to the Portal

Just a question or two

1. Is there a way to get from the Forum pages back to the Portal?

There doesn't appear to be any way to get back to the portal without logging out.

2. Why do I have to login at the Portal and then again at the Forums page?

yeah, I always wondered that, I thought something was wrong with my computer...

It's a quirk with Jamoola on the new VB boards, for some reason one won't long into the other despite them sharing the database.

To get back to it though, I just use a shortcut on my hotlinks bar in firefox.
