Kleyn ain’t anywhere near Taidgh Beirne imho but who knows what is going through Schmidt’s head atm.

Schmidt saw England and Wales boss Ireland in the 6 Nations and Saracens do the same to Leinster in the European Cup final. He thought Kleyn could help bridge that deficit. No harm trying it in warms ups but he's been shown to be wrong. Tadhg Beirne is a much better player and option.
