Same people to recruit in World League

I am getting really frustrated in world league as whenever a transfer window opens i usually get the same players like michalak, c jack, habana... and never anyone like mcalister, tait, simpson daniel, barkley. How can i change this?

Im not sure if the team you are playing as has an effect on it, ie playing as an Aussie team you get more aussie players, playing as a NZ team you tend to get more kiwi players.

That may have a bearing, but playing as the Chiefs I got a load of englishmen, scots, welsh and irish and randomos in the window. After 5 seasons I found guys like Barkley, Luke McAllister and Simpson-Daniel etc were available
