Small suggestion: what do you guys think?

I noticed the quiz game in one of your forums and got curious: have you ever had a "you're the ref" thread? Used the search engine but found nothing. I've seen it in other sport forums, hence my question.

In case you are wondering, here's the gist (it's from football but the principles of the game can be applied to any sport):

That could take up a lot of time. Smartcooky might have to be banned from participation. I approve of this idea.

I see your point, but you could keep it simple. We have quite a few ref's ex-refs. Once a week thing, with the answer at the end of the week.
I would think of smartcooky more as part of the team running this (could be 2-5 refs ex-refs) than as an active participant (no imposition intended).

i was going to say, smartcooky should be running it. along with other ex-refs if there are any others, im only aware of smartcooky's posts. he could also mark us haha
