Tatoo mods?

Are these possible? I wouldn't mind being able to have Sonny Bill Williams with his tatoo or various other players with theirs. It'll probably be better if they were in groups like Tribal tats ie. Maori, Samoan, Tongan or tats like some players have their childrens names on their arms like Rodney So'oialo or John Swalger etc.

I started work on one ages ago, changing the Baselayer mod to a tattoo mod, it worked but yeah, all the tattooed players look the same. as there is only one file for gloves, maybe have two possible options for gloves or strapping stuff but that's it.

That's still something did you already make them or are still in the process? Can you upload them please if you've already made them it would be greatly appreciated

They were on my old computer , If I could remember what tools I needed to open the Baselayer RDF's and the like then I would redo them but yeah I don't remember what software I need.
