It would also help if people pronounced it correctly. Thanks to Jonathan Davies, my dad honestly thought his surname was Nord-key.
If people pronounce it properly, the only hard bit of spelling is the 'quy' at the end, and that's not that hard.

Or Haridornokey according to Jonathan Davies, I think he pronounced his name differently everytime he said it.
