Dupuy's hand in the face should be punished accordingly... as in punished with whatever the laws are for hands in faces.
However, I can't really call that a proper gouge. It's not exactly a big Fabien Pelous lookalike having a real go at the bottom of a ruck now is it? Schalk Burger, and if the Attoub picture was as bad as it looks, are much much worse.
