No point arguing with you. If you believe that the hearing was in anyway fair then you have some real issues. If you believe it was unfair, you'd accept that using the 5th was the best response. Remember Paul was so infuriated that his little ploy had been fooled that he had Fauci's lawyer removed and also threatened a contempt of Congress charge which even the Republicans laughed at

All hearings are fair, are you claiming they are not? If thats your stance you are making the case for a lot of right wingers lol.

My point is simple, Fauci doesnt have a 5th amendment right because he was given a pre emptive pardon, i dont blame him for keeping schtum, thats the smart play, but the optics of the pardon, and indeed hos behaviour currently are really poor...

People were told durong COVID to trust the science, the science was given a pre enptive perdón, and just pled the 5th... will the US population going forward truat rhe science?
