Use of region players in the lower league

What's people's opinions of Cardiff and Llanelli using pro14 players to boost there lower town teams?

As a Blues fan I do think it makes a mockery of the league but at the same time it allows the pro fringe players gametime and the chance to maintain fitness so when their chance comes they can take it.

Still dont see how Habberfield doesnt have a pro contract though...Saw him as a better option than Aled Davies at Region and even national level 2 years ago.

So Llanelli staying up by fielding pros against pontypool is fair? It's a disgrace, Cardiff have enough resources against the likes of these teams without fielding pros.. if Merthyr had pro players as backup Cardiff and Llanelli wouldn't stand a chance
